A land plot for the location of the manufacturing enterprise is offered in the Pavlovskaya District

The Municipal Formation offers entrepreneurs to purchase an investment site for the construction of an enterprise for the production of food products.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 49,641 sq. m. The site is located in Pavlovskaya District (from the 600 metres on south-east of the Krasnopartizanskaya Cossack village). There is a local road (1.8 km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 5 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 140 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of "Sosyka – Yeisk" is 0.63 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 140 km, and to the seaport of Yeisk is 150 km.
