Pavlovskaya district offers to implement a profitable consumer project

The entrepreneurs are offered to participate in the implementation of an investment project on the construction of roadside service complex.

As envisaged by the presented investment project, the construction of a roadside service complex will be organized. It will include a tire service, a technical maintenance station, a car wash, a café and a hotel. It is forecasted that the total volume of the complex services will make around 70 million rubles. The project is targeted at such category of consumers as drivers and passengers of light and truck vehicles and interregional buses. Among the competitive advantages of the project are the location along the federal highway, affordable cost of the services and their high quality.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 51.2 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 2.75 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 39 new jobs.

A land plot of 40,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Pavlovskaya Cossack village, near the federal highway M-4 "Don". The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 70 m.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 120 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Sosyka – Rostov is 4.46 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 140 km, and to the seaport of Yeisk is 160 km.
