Pavlovskaya district presents a large investment project in the area of housing & utilities infrastructure

The municipality offers an investment project on the construction of waste treatment facilities.

The enterprise is designed with a full treatment cycle including the mechanical treatment, biological treatment, decontamination and treatment of sediments. The new complex will be able to treat 3,000 thousand cubic meters of waters per year. The investment project is targeted at residents and business entities of Pavlovskaya district. Among competitive advantages of the project are advanced sewage water treatment technology, sewage water control system and highly qualified personnel undergoing training on a regular basis.

A business plan, the ground area was developed for the investment project. The project needs 173.56 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1.5 years, and the return on investment period is 3.75 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 17 new jobs.

A land plot of 34,480 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Pavlovskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, "Oktyabrskaya Cossack village – Pavlovskaya Cossack village – Novoplastunovskaya Cossack village" (0.65km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 4.6 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 120 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Sosyka-Yeisk is 2.8 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 126 km, and to the seaport of  Yeisk is 162 km.
