Pavlovskaya district presents a promising project in the processing industry
The municipal formation Pavlovskaya district offers to implement a project on the construction of a confectionery factory.
The confectionery factory will be built in the Cossack village Pavlovskaya of Krasnodar region. It is planned to produce torts and cakes of 60 tons, waffles and biscuits (40 tons), muffins and swirls (50 tons) at the factory per year. The production will be targeted at the following categories of consumers – public catering enterprises, merchandising chains, residents and guests of Pavlovskaya district and neighboring districts.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 86.36 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 1 years, and the return on investment period is 3.75 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 39 new jobs.
A land plot of 89,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Pavlovskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, "Oktyabrskaya Cossack village – Pavlovskaya Cossack village – Novoplastunovskaya Cossack village" (2.78km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 6.57 km.
The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 120 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station of Sosyka - Yeisk is 2.86 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 140 km, and to the seaport of Yeisk is 162 km.
