Pavlovskaya district of Krasnodar region offers a profitable investment project in the agricultural sector
The municipality invites the entrepreneurs to participate in the implementation of a project on the construction of a greenhouse facility.
The aim of the project is to construct a greenhouse facility dealing with growing tomatoes and cucumbers. To this end, a land plot is at place and a business plan is developed; the facility is ultimately supplied with energy resources. The greenhouse facility will produce 3,500 tons of vegetable products yearly; out of which 1,400 tons of tomatoes and 2,100 tons of cucumbers. With such a productivity output, the gross income of the greenhouse facility will make 259 million rubles per year. The primary consumers of the products will be residents, regional commercial networks, wholesale companies, large supermarket and hypermarkets, public catering enterprises, health resort institutions and educational establishments, private firms and entrepreneurs.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 500 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 4.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 80 new jobs.
A land plot of 92,916 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Pavlovskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, "Oktayabrskaya Cossack village –Pavlovskaya Cossack village – Novoplastunovskaya Cossack village" (1.45km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 5.23 km.
The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 120 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station of Sosyka - Yeiskaya is 3.19 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 140 km, and to the seaport of Yeisk is 162 km.
