Pavlovskaya district presents a profitable project in processing industry

The entrepreneurs are offered to participate in the implementation of a project on the construction of a plant for manufacturing structural steel.

As stipulated by the investment project, it is planned to set up the construction of a plant for manufacturing structural steel with a project capacity of 24,000 tons of structures per year in a wide range. As forecasted, among the manufactured articles are trailers, sheds, warehouses, high-voltage wires, shopping malls, military facilities and others. The market of the product consumers is presented by the agricultural facilities, commercial, road and industrial construction.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 100.7 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 3.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 150 new jobs.

A land plot of 25,064 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Pavlovskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, "Oktayabrskaya Cossack village –Pavlovskaya Cossack village – Novoplastunovskaya Cossack village" (1.98km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 6.16 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 120 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of "Sosyka – Yeisk" is 1.2 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 140 km, and to the seaport of Yeisk is 162 km.
